If the panel is already modelled in the CAD system, an initial design is usually sent to the customer within 24 hours. If the panel needs to be modelled then an initial design will usually be available within 48 hours. Based on the customer requesting a full installation service with new wiring and a new panel being specified and available, the panel will be cut and sprayed 7 days after design approval and ready for installation 7 days after spraying. A full installation into the glider will take approximately one day. Depending on the urgency, a quicker process time is possible and use of a new panel rather than modifying the old panel means the customer can keep on flying until the day of the installation.
